The Process
1. Reach out
Start by sending over the type of event, date, location, estimated timeframe, and any important details. From there, we’ll talk through what you need covered and figure out which event package fits best.
2. Plan
Once we have the basics, we’ll confirm the schedule, arrival time, package, payment details, and any key moments you want prioritized. This may include speakers, ceremonies, group photos, important guests, event details, or specific parts of the schedule.
3. Photo Time
On the day of the event, I’ll arrive ready to capture everything we planned. Depending on the event, this may include candid moments, guest interactions, speakers, decor, details, group photos, and the moments that help tell the full story.
4. Gallery Delivery
After the event, I’ll select the best images, professionally edit them, and deliver the final gallery online. You’ll be able to easily view, download, and share the photos with guests, team members, family, your organization, or social media.
